Software Engineer (Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities

  • Perform system design, implementation, enhancement, maintenance & support
  • Designing, coding & debugging applications in various software languages according to SDLC
  • To evaluate the existing system/application to identify areas for improvements
  • To handle software release, installation and upgrading process
  • Develop and update operation procedure and associated SDLC documentations
  • Provide on-site technical support and system trouble shooting

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or Microelectronics Engineering.
  • With a minimum two years related working experience. Preferably, graduates from TAR, MMU, or Southern College
  • Preferably aged between 25-30 years
  • Experience working on small or medium scale projects
  • Possesses excellent object-oriented and web based programming skills.(i.e. Visual Basic, Web Programming, Java Script, ASP, ASP.NET, Visual Studio.NET)
  • Good Knowledge in Business and Manufacturing Process, SQL Database Syntax and design.
  • Relevant experience in ‘System Design, System Development & Users Support, preferable in manufacturing environment
  • Results oriented, aggressive and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and possess good analytical skills.
  • Willing to travel

Business Development Executives (Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer queries & requests
  • Perform telemarketing and explore prospect for new clients
  • Perform outdoor client visits and conduct software demo
  • Establish & maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
  • Organize marketing seminars and other marketing activities
  • Prepare and follow-up sales proposals.
  • Compile periodical sales reports
  • Maintain and update customer database

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT related field, marketing or business.
  • Preferably aged between 25-30 years.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and selling skills
  • Experience in marketing and developing new clients.
  • Minimum one year working experience, preferably in sales or marketing sector.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Competent of providing good work planning and follow up services to customers.
  • Previous sales experience on software or IT field with proven track records is an added advantage
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Office application. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must have own transport with valid driving license.

Internship Program (Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities

  • To follow up and provide regular sales services to existing customers.
  • To promote products aggressively to ensure sales growth and increase market share.
  • To handle customers enquires on product and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To report management on market situation and provide suggestion on improvement.
  • To work together with indoor support to produce quotation ,technical support document.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication),Computer IT Engineering, Business Marketing, Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Sales-Driven & possess Good Selling,Negotiation and presentation skill.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in marketing and developing new clients.
  • Preferred skill(s): Good communication skill, MS Office, possess own transport, good command of English, good presentation, strategic thinking
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • 5 Internship position(s) for duration of 6 month(s).
