Mr Bong K.L. is a qualified six sigma and management system consultant with more than 10 years experience in process & quality improvement, particularly in manufacturing and service industries. He is an excellent and resourceful trainer; he is also skilled in management and leadership of organization.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master Degree of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from University of Warwick, UK. He started his career in manufacturing operations as a production engineer and gradually moved into various managerial positions as manufacturing manager and quality manager. Some of the organizations that he worked for are Siemens and Chartered Semiconductor. He is a certified six sigma black belt and has involved vigorously in process, quality improvement and process optimization activities.

Since 1998, he pursued his career in training and consultancy that mainly stems from his practical experience. He provides consultancy in the field of six sigma program, lean manufacturing program, quality management system, and statistical data analysis. He led and coached various process improvement initiatives that resulted in over millions of cost saving. He is a dynamic and versatile trainer. He has trained thousands of people in the subjects of lean manufacturing, six sigma, quality management and productivity improvement. All his training’s are conducted in a highly interactive fashion with total participation and blended with real and practical examples. His clients include both local, public listed and multi-national companies. Furthermore, he has been selected as guest speaker for National Electronics Packaging Conference (NEPCON) for five consecutive years.
